可以使用<spring:message>標籤結合 ResourceBundleMessageSource 的功能，在網頁上顯示 messages.properties 中的文字訊息，例如在 messages.properties文件中定義如下：
welcome=Hello, {0} {1}. Welcome to Spring.
注意： messages.properties 檔案必須在 Classpath 可以存取到的路徑下，例如放在 /WEB-INF/classes/下，您的 Bean 定義檔中要加入 ResourceBundleMessageSource 的定義，例如：
