使用C3P0連接池的連接泄露診斷方法
啓用C3P0的連接歸還超時設置
在C3P0的屬性配置文件(0.datasource.config)中,設置以下屬性:
debugUnreturnedConnectionStackTraces=true unreturnedConnectionTimeout=1200
其中: debugUnreturnedConnectionStackTraces是一個開關,啓用之後,對於每個從連接池拿出去的數據庫連接,如果一段時間內沒有歸還,C3P0就會強制關閉這個連接,並將獲取連接時的stack trace,以拋出異常的方式顯示出來。 unreturnedConnectionTimeout設置多長時間會超時,以秒爲單位。
假設系統中懷疑有連接泄露,那麼,就可以啓用這個功能,評估所有頁面執行完成需要的最長時間,例如20分鐘,然後將unreturnedConnectionTimeout設置爲略大於這個時間。
設置C3P0的log輸出
爲了能看到C3P0拋出的異常信息,還需要設置C3P0的log屬性。最簡單的方式就是讓C3P0使用JDK標準的log API,這樣不需要加載額外的jar。在啓動JVM時,設置啓動參數: Dcom.mchange.v2.log.MLog=com.mchange.v2.log.jdk14logging.Jdk14MLog
在Tomcat中,可修改catalina.sh,設置JAVA_OPTS變量包含上述內容。
可以做一個測試:設置C3P0屬性debugUnreturnedConnectionStackTraces=true,unreturnedConnectionTimeout=1,然後訪問一個運行時間超過1秒的頁面。這樣,就會在tomcat的輸出窗口看到這樣一段信息:

這就是C3P0發現連接1秒鐘後沒有歸還,強制關閉連接後拋出的信息,從stack trace中可以看出,獲取連接是發生在aurora.database.service.BusinessModelService.query,也就是調用BM的query。
由於頁面確實是需要使用連接超過1秒,正在使用的連接被強制關閉以後,還會看到這樣的信息:

後續SQL操作再使用這個連接時,會發現連接已經關閉,於是就會拋出類似這樣的異常:
