Exchange2010 升級sp1後，控制檯打不開

Exchange2010 升級sp1後，控制檯打不開，顯示初始化失敗，在google找了好久終於找到了原因，分享出來給大家：

 

將SP1安裝文件內的下列文件複製到Exchange上的Bin文件夾下：

- CommonConnectFunctions.ps1
- CommonConnectFunctions.strings.psd1
- Connect-ExchangeServer-help.xml
- ConnectFunctions.ps1
- ConnectFunctions.strings.psd1
- RemoteExchange.ps1
- RemoteExchange.strings.psd1

然後點擊Start -> AdmiinistrativeTools ->, 右擊 Windows PowerShell Modules, 選擇發送至桌面快捷方式

再打開桌面上該快捷方式的屬性，將Target替換爲：
C:\WINDOWS\system32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe -noexit -command ". 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\bin\RemoteExchange.ps1'; Connect-ExchangeServer -auto"
