powershall 閃退
在一次測試中，突然powershall腳本不能運行了，現象是，
1、右擊腳本 -> 選擇“用 powershall 運行” -> 閃退
2、重啓電腦，或者進入到 powershell 文件夾直接運行powershell.exe時，報錯：
The shell cannot be started. A failure occurred during initialization:
The type initializer for 'System.Net.ServicePointManager' threw an exception
後來發現，是更改machine.config 時少註釋了一行，破壞了文件格式
