最近收到客戶反饋的一個問題,無法保存Office file到OneDrive或者Office 365 SharePoint site,在保存時會彈出下面錯誤提示“UPLOAD FAILED You are reuired to sign in to upoad your changes to this location.”
此時點擊File-> Info menu顯示下面錯誤:
Upload Failed:Sign in required
You changes were send but could not be uploaded because you are not signed in to the server. Click Resolve for options.
經過排查,此問題可以通過在Office中重新提供Microsoft Account Credentials解決。具體步驟如下:
- 在任意Office Application中(例如:Word, Excel或者PowerPoint),點擊File,然後在左邊選項欄中點擊Account
- 在User Information下面點擊Sign Out,退出所有已存在的用戶信息
- 關閉所有Office Application
- 打開Control Panel
- 找到User Accounts-> Credential Manager->Windows Credentials欄
- 展開下面顯示的Generic Credentials部分,找到Office Credentials, 點擊Remove鏈接進行刪除( Notes:Office Credentials是以MicrosoftOfficeXX_Data開頭的,例如Office2016的Office Credentials就是MicrosoftOffice16_Data, Office2013的Office Credentials就是MicrosoftOffice15_Data,以此類推。)
- 刪除完成後,打開Office Application,到File->Account
- 在User Information中,點擊Sign In並用Office365用戶登錄
- 重新嘗試上傳文檔到OneDrive或者SharePoint Online站點
