ORA-01033: ORACLE initialization or shutdown in progress

這說明你們的數據庫可能處於正在關閉過程中。比如數據庫正在運行shutdown命令，但又有用戶一直在連着數據庫。則此時數據庫不允許新的連接，等已有的連接斷開後數據庫關閉。

解決辦法：

1.sqlplus   scott/tiger   as   sysdba;   以管理員登陸
2.shutdown   abort;                              終止數據庫
3.startup   mount;                                  啓動實例掛載數據庫但不打開
4.alter   database   open                     更改數據庫到open狀態

 

在Oracle10g中，log_archive_start參數已經被廢棄，只要啓動數據庫的歸檔模式，Oracle就會啓用自動歸檔，從而避免了10g以前由於用戶疏忽所帶來的一系列問題。
$ sqlplus "/ as sysdba"
