仿真器XILINX Platform Cable USB II連接不成功，並且在chipscope中點擊連接時，提示以下錯誤：
ERROR: Could not open plug-in of the type: digilent_plugin. Please check to make sure the correct plug-in for this type is properly installed.
The following targetNames are available:
xilinx_svffile (libCseSvfFilePlugin)
xilinx_tcf (libCseTcfPlugin)
auto (libCseXilCommPlugin)
xilinx_parallel (libCseXilCommPlugin)
此時驅動已經安裝（一般驅動都是自動安裝的。如果沒有安裝驅動，可以下載驅動精靈，自動檢測安裝），在設備管理中，看到Xilinx USB cable處有黃色感嘆號，設備狀態中顯示“Windows無法加載這個硬件驅動程序。驅動程序可能已損壞或不見了。（代碼39）”。
解決方法：進入這個目錄：X:\Xilinx\14.7\ISE_DS\common\bin\nt64 ，雙擊 install_drivers.exe。如果電腦有連接Cable請按照提示斷開連接，安裝完畢後就可以正常使用了。
