10.2.0.5啓動enterprise manager
OEM作爲一個實用工具，隨着10g和11g的普及，OEM功能越來越強大，oem也應用越來越廣泛。但是如果是10.2.0.5的版本，並且安裝時間在2010年1月之後，可能會遇到OEM無法啓動的情況，這是應該實用補丁包8350262，進行修復，具體我們來看一下。

上傳補丁包到/oracle/crs/OPatch安裝集羣OEM，上傳到/oracle/db/OPatch則安裝單機OEM，然後解壓安裝即可。
