將Oracle數據庫從11.2.0.3.0升級到11.2.0.3.7 PSU（目前最新），補丁爲：16619892(p16619892_112030_Linux-x86-64--DB--11.2.0.3.7.zip)

一般要先把ORACLE相關服務先停止：
