配置了集羣節點後，因爲電腦異常關機後，再次打開後，不能自動添加到集羣中，而且，使用rabbitmqctl cluster_status 命令會報上述錯誤
命令在stop_app下，不能使用
會提示先start_app ，然後使用stop_app後報錯，error
而且使用rabbitmq-service start 、rabbitmq-service stop、正常
解決：
將集羣中的另一個節點關閉，reset後，啓動成功。
不知道其中原因，困擾了好久不知怎樣解決，先發出來
