Android把Bitmap保存爲bmp圖片

導讀: 把圖片存成jpg和png來說相對簡單，android提供了bitmap.compress（）方法可。但對於BMP這種格式的，並沒有很好的辦法；

找了很久，在網上找到了一個解決方式:
