libsecurec.so: cannot open shared object file

场景

        升级3.5版本CMake,异常

cmake: error while loading shared libraries: libsecurec.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

网上提供了方法，无效

export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/lib/:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH

更新3.1版本CMake出现如下错误

源码编译更新g++
