solution：
1. Open Java Control Panel by runningjavaws -viewer
2.Keep your security settings to Medium, it will allow all applications to run except applications that request all permissions.
if you don't see Medium option, see below:
3.Because my java version
is "1.8.0_71", my java control panel hasn't medium option.
But you can click edit site List, adding your site to list for allow to run after the appropriate security prompts.
