RTC = real time clock，电子时钟来记录现在的时间。该指令可以显示当前时刻，可以调整电脑硬件时钟。

基本使用
我linux版本里没有安装， 在试图安装程序包时出现问题，也无法解决。
只好先搁置在此,还希望大牛们指点一二
xbitmaps (安装成功）==》xviewg (不成功）==>xview-clients (不成功）
