問題描述：
404 - File or directory not found.
The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.
這個問題在平時發佈網站時經常出現，可是sharepoint的機制卻有所不同。在它所安裝的local machine上可以打開所有的site collections網站和administrator site網站。而在其他的mechine上卻不能打開site collections網站，只能打開administrator site網站。用過sharepoint 的人都知道這是因爲兩種網站在不同的server上。但是在其他的machine上爲什麼不能打開site collections網站，只能local machine打開呢？
解決方法：
1. 檢查IIS路徑，問題依舊
2. 重啓IIS和Application pool，問題依舊
3. 重啓計算機，問題依舊
4. 更改站點名稱，問題依舊
5. 檢查Log, C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\14\LOGS，發現報錯信息：High Error initializing Safe control - Assembly:Microsoft.Office.SharePoint.ClientExtensions
有關係嗎？--沒關係。
最終，發現另外一個同事居然在IIS上新建了一個站點和sharepoint -80相沖突。真夠悲劇的，花了一個下午啊。。。怎麼SharePoint端口被侵佔也不吭一聲呢。。。
Issue:Today,we can’t open the sharepoint site collections from Internet suddenly ,but we can open them in the server machine. so i tried to restart iis ,check the vitual directory,restart server and rename the website name, but it still can't work.
Reason: the port for "sharepoint-80" is used by other site.
