在導入tensorflow的時候報了這樣的提示：

錯誤的原因應該是numpy版本不對應吧，當前的numpy版本是1.17，所以我就降級爲1.16(tensorflow 1.x用到的版本不會太新，是1.16及以下，但是像mxnet，用到了numpy是大於1.16，如果同時裝了mxnet和tensorflow一般會報這個錯)：
pip install numpy==1.16.0
然後安裝1.16版本的numpy即可。
