Hbase-1.0+ Java API:BufferedMutatorExample，Hbase新API的使用

本人使用的是Hbase-1.2.0版本，在新的hbase api中以前的htable，htablepool都deprecated了，官方推薦使用一些新的類來實現相關功能。
