直接點擊python.exe安裝
問題：
如果出現the installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package.this may indicate a problem with package.the error code is 2502.是因爲權限不夠，
解決：用管理員運行可以安裝
2、驗證
在cmd中輸入命令行python，如果可以運行python語句則成功
