在執行 pip install psycopg2 之前添加 apk add postgresql-dev

修改Dockerfile

# 安裝 psycopg2 模塊需依賴 postgresql-dev
RUN apk add postgresql-dev

RUN pip install psycopg2 

Ubuntu 解決方法

在執行 pip install psycopg2 之前添加 sudo apt-get install libpq-dev

修改執行命令

# 安裝 psycopg2 模塊需依賴 libpq-dev
sudo apt-get install libpq-dev

pip install psycopg2 

Mac OS X 解決方法

在執行 pip install psycopg2 之前添加 brew install postgresql

修改執行命令

# 安裝 psycopg2 模塊需依賴 postgresql
brew install postgresql
