打開 cognos framework manager 錯誤

 

環境：cognos8,iis,windows 2000 server

錯誤提示：

cognos 8 framework manager 中開一個project 報Unable to access service at URL:

http://localhost:80/cognos8/cgi-bin/cognos.cgi?b_action=xts.run&m=portal/close.xts

Please check that your gateway URI information is configured correctly and that the service is available.

For further information please contact your service administrator.

解決辦法：

第一種：打開iis，相關的web站點屬性ip地址改爲(全部未分配)

第二種：打開cognos configration，修改gateway URI  將http://localhost:80/cognos8/cgi-bin/cognos.cgi?b_action=xts.run&m=portal/close.xts 中的localhost替換成實際的ip地址
