U-boot2016.05移植TQ2440之網卡移植

將DM9000編譯進u-boot,在Makefile (u-boot-2016.05\drivers\net) 中添加


obj-$(CONFIG_DRIVER_DM9000) += dm9000x.o


同時,在Smdk2440.h (u-boot-2016.05\include\configs)中定義CONFIG_DRIVER_DM9000,同時屏蔽掉CS8900相關信息。
