首先嚐試在Create Site中尋找Business Intelligence Center，但它默認情況下是不存在的。於是有了下面步驟
1. 激活Site Collection Feature：PerformancePoint Services Site Collection Features和SharePoint Server Publishing Infrastructure
Site Actions -> Site Settings -> Site Collection Administration -> Site collection features –> PerformancePoint Services Site Collection Features/ SharePoint Server Publishing Infrastructure
- 創建Business Intelligence Center
Site Actions -> New Site -> Business Intelligence Center
創建好後，就有了如下頁面，上面有些Sample，可以點進去看一看
再嘗試創建Dashboard
- 點擊頁面上的 “Start using PerformancePoint Services”將轉入下面頁面，然後再點擊”Run Dashboard Designer”，此時將下載打開Designer
- 嘗試使用Dashboard創建數據連接，得到錯誤”PerformancePoint Service is not configured correctly”

- 在Site Administration下，Generate New Key，輸入密碼，創建
Manage service applications -> Secure Store Service
New
- 配置Performance Service帳號
Central Administration -> Manage Service Applications -> PerformancePoint Service Application -> Performance Point Service Application Settings
配置好之後就可以連接數據
點擊View，點擊Preview Data就可以看到數據
