有時文章需要你對圖表啥的進行說明闡述，一堆數字寫到最後自己都看的頭暈，這時候應該用以下的詞來處理數字之間的關係：
1）respectively這個詞是順序關係：例如，我有一個女兒一個兒子，一個三歲，一個五歲：I have a girl and a boy. They are 3 and 5 respectively.那麼就很清楚，女兒三歲，兒子五歲。
2）chronologically這個詞按照歷史順序來，從過去到現在逐一發生的時間
3）consecutively這個詞強調是連續的，中間沒有間隔和跳躍
4）the former…the latter這個詞組應該不用解釋了吧，很多人用
work rounds = work arounds ：變通解決辦法

下面列出了我們的軟件的已知問題，並附有變通解決辦法。
另外，中文的“問題”，英語中經常用 issue，相對較少用 probelm。例如，Someone finds a work around to the TagEditor issue. 這是中譯英時需要注意的一個問題（issue）。這裏也不應該用 problem。
