If you have a program from other friends,but when you try to open it , it says "The System cannot Execute the specified program'"
The solution is doing so:
Go to this folder:
C:/Windows/WinSxS
Search for the folders and files like:
1) *.VC?0.*
3) Manifests/*.VC?0.*
2) Policies/*.VC?0.*
Copy all these stuff to the same folders and subfolders on another machine. And everying will be probably work.
