發現struts2.1版本下載的怪事

由於struts2.1.6對中文支持有bug，需要只能寫過濾器，麻煩就去看有沒有新的版本。結果發現：
最新版本是在http://struts.apache.org/2.1.6/index.html是
[img]/upload/attachment/129243/cdfd3b21-d1eb-34fe-a15d-a1e1c80dd921.png[/img]

而在http://struts.apache.org/2.x/的最新版本是
[img]/upload/attachment/129245/52f0c1bd-2d6f-3752-b3b8-edf4c17f7ad9.png[/img]
結果不可下載，還是2.1.6的，apahce怎麼搞貼出來卻不能下載。。。。。。。
