看了csdn這篇博客https://blog.csdn.net/eqmaster/article/details/86465701準備實驗一下qgis的插件。試了一下，這些插件都只支持2.0-2.99的版本，不支持3以上的版本。而我的是3.6的版本。放棄，重新去qgis裏搜了幾個看：用於下載切片的插件。

In the case of multiple campaigns, the plugin has to be run for each of them. The resulting GeoPackages have to be merged and then the resulting file can be used as input for the chm_from_lidar plugin.

此插件親自試過可以下載，不過下載的是hgt格式的文件，地形dem數據。需要去nasa官網註冊,當然需要翻牆。如果不翻牆是下不下來的。
