最近接到user report的问题，在SharePoint中无法通过WebDev方式打开folder，会弹出下面提示错误：
"\\server\webfolder\folder is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource.
Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions.
A device attached to the system is not functioning."
此时尝试在system中创建Mapped Drive会显示下面错误：
"Windows can't access this disk.
The disk might be corrupt. Make sure that the disc uses a format that Windows recognizes. If the disc is unformatted, you need to format it before using it."
经过查询，主要是因为当前这个folder下有大量的file（超过10000files）导致超过windows默认能够handle的最大值导致。
对于此问题，可以通过下面方法解决：
1. 运行Run，输入Regedit打开注册表；
2. 在注册表中，到路径"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\WebClient\Parameters\"下找到字段"FileAttributesLimitInBytes",修改此字段的value为更大值（比如2000000），可以根据实际需要进行调整；
3. 修改保存成功后， 打开Services，找到Web Client service并点击restart重启；
4. 重新访问site collection，使用explorer view打开folder，可以正常显示，问题解决。
