場景：最近有很多軟件需要通過git來下載，但是通過vps代理髮現，總是出現拒絕連接的問題。

修改squid.conf和安裝socat
*修改squid的過程中出現:
“squid: ERROR: No running copy”
注意看一下squid服務是否正常啓動，如果沒有啓動，請重新啓動並設置開啓自啓
#啓動start（停止stop)
systemctl start squid.service
#配置開機自啓動
systemctl enable squid.service
1）yum data not enough
但是在安裝scocat中出現:
“yum doesn’t have enough cached data to continue.”

yum -y install epel-release
