Pytorch 1.4.0 + cuda10.0 安裝

綜述

官網給的是Pytorch 1.2.0 + cuda10.0 安裝.
而一般如果是cuda10.0直接安裝pytorch會顯示cuda unavailable。

解決

 pip install torch==1.4.0+cu100 torchvision==0.5.0+cu100 -f https://download.pytorch.org/whl/torch_stable.html
