Problem running post-instal step.Installation may not complete correctly

postgresql安装的时候，出现如下警告。

warning
Problem running post-instal step.Installation may not complete correctly 
The database cluster initialisation failed

解决方案:

创建一个管理员账号postgres，用这个账户，安装postgres,安装成功之后，再切换到最初的账户。
