Flutter 學習記錄--虛線控件

工作中需要用到虛線控件，Flutter官方沒有相關的控件，自定義一個支持橫向和豎向的虛線控件，

1. direction: 支持屬性Axis.horizontal，Axis.vertical，用於切換是橫向或豎向虛線
2. height：虛線的寬度
3. color： 虛線的顏色
