1. 出現此問題的原因是，webstorm沒有正確加載node_modules（node模塊）
例如圖中所示情況，module白色波浪線報錯，router-link標籤報錯且標籤預提示
2.解決方案
webstorm打開項目後，右鍵node_modules目錄，選擇Mark Directory as --->Not Excluded，等待webstorm重建索引
3.最終效果
webstorm打開vue(webpack)項目module報錯vue周邊標籤無提示
