接觸“雙生火焰”這個概念以來，發現國外對這一話題的討論和成系統的資料整理遠遠多於國內。正在經歷雙生旅程的人一定明白，這個過程有時迷霧重重，有時很多戲碼上演，有時還容易陷入執念…… 所以，的確需要一些同伴，需要一些支持。於是建了這個【雙生火焰資訊】專題，持續收錄和翻譯一些經過篩選的英文資料，希望能幫助到一些人。

Part 1 - How Twin Flames are Made
第1集 - 雙生火焰是怎麼來的？
So, I was recently encouraged by Adamu to share more of my personal journey and to start speaking more from my heart. A subject just came up that’s very much a matter of my heart, and I’ve decided instead of writing dry words about it, I would rather speak from my heart about it. The subject is that of “Twin Flames”.
最近Adamu（譯註：Adamu是作者Zingdad在《揚 升 書》中提到的一位高維星際存有，也是他的精神導師）鼓勵我從心而言，多多分享自己的歷程。於是一個話題從我內心跳了出來。與其書寫乾巴巴的文字，我認爲不如（對着鏡頭）就此講講我心裏的想法。這個話題就是——“雙生火焰”。
There’s so much out there about Twin Flames that seems to be confused or misunderstood, (such as) “it’s just a romantic phenomenon”, “ if you really fall in love with somebody, is that your twin flame?” you know, [over-sensitive], or what’s actually going on there. Since I have met my twin flame and very much also falling in love with her, it’s a subject that’s quite top-of-mind for me.
關於雙生火焰這一話題，坊間流傳着太多太多混亂不清或具有誤導性的訊息。比如有人會說“這只是一種浪漫愛情關係”，或者“當你真正愛上某個人，是否意味着那個人就是你的雙生火焰？”等等，往往過於感性，或搞不清楚到底發生了什麼。我之所以很想聊聊這個話題，是因爲我不僅遇到了我的雙生火焰，還的的確確跟她墜入了愛河。
So today, really all I want to do is just set the ground rule -- what is a twin flame, and how does it happen? Now, I’m sure there are other variations on this theme other than my experience, so I can only talk about it from my experience. And the first thing I want to share with you is, it’s a spiritual phenomenon that has to do with the Structure of your Soul. It’s not like Soulmates or a Contract, outside of incarnation two souls meet, they agree to do something inside of this incarnation together, so they contract to do that, they are soulmates of that incarnation.
在今天的視頻裏我想先聊一些基本概念。例如，什麼是雙生火焰，它是怎麼產生的？當然我知道，在我本人的經驗之外還有其他不同版本的雙生火焰經歷，因此我能做的就是借我的個人經驗來談談這個話題。我想和各位分享的第一點就是，雙生火焰現象是一種靈性現象，它與你的靈魂構造有關。這不同於“靈魂伴侶”或“靈魂合約”——兩個靈魂在其化身之外相遇，約定好在某次化身之內共同完成一些事情，也就是他們“約定好”這樣做，那麼他們在該次化身之內就會成爲彼此的靈魂伴侶。
Twin flame is something different than that. The way it was explained to me was using a metaphor. And the metaphor was -- imagine a Soul Monad, so this will be a complete whole spiritual entity, a part of God very much “One with the Oneness” but still self-contained spiritual entity, a monad. This monad decides to enter our Separation Reality, (being) the planet earth, the whole universe.... It’s just somewhere deep inside, separation reality. Separation Reality is massive, and it’s composed of layers of density. There’s an article on my website about densities, if you don’t know what the densities are. 雙生火焰則是完全不同的東西。我收到的解釋方式，是用一個比喻來解釋：試着想象一個靈魂單子，即一個完整的靈性實體，它是神的一部分並與“一體”完全合一，但同時也是一個本自具足的靈性實體。這個靈魂單子決定要進入我們所處的分離現實，即地球和整個宇宙。分離現實位於極深的內部，包羅萬象，由多個密度次元構成。

There are eight densities to our reality. So, this monad approaches this separation reality, as it strikes the first, the eighth, rather, the outermost, the eighth density, the highest density, there’s the possibility that it might fragment. In the case of my soul monad, it fragmented twelve times. They are now twelve beings which have encountered the first layer of forgetting coz that’s what the densities are, they’re forgetting and they are separating from God. So, twelve fragments are now in the eighth density. Of those twelve fragments, many penetrate another layer down to the seventh density, each time you penetrate there’s the possibility of fragmentation, you wouldn’t necessarily but you may. So, some penetrate deeper and deeper and deeper and deeper....
我們所處的現實總共有八個密度次元。靈魂單子在走向這個分離現實的過程中，首先觸及的是最外圍的第八密度，即最高密度，這時它可能會分裂出碎片。就我自己的靈魂單子而言，它此時分裂成十二個碎片。於是產生了十二個存有，他們會進入第一層遺忘的帷幕——這也是密度次元的屬性，它們使人遺忘，使人與神性分離。我的十二個靈魂碎片首先來到第八密度，隨後，大部分碎片穿越了這一次元進入第七密度。靈魂每進行一次穿越，都有可能發生分裂——這不是絕對的，但有可能發生。接着，又有部分靈魂進行了一層又一層更深的穿越。
Two of those fragments got right the way down to the third density, which is our world -- our universe is in the third density. It’s a place of DEEP forgetting, characterised, but souls that come here have absolutely forgotten that they’re connected to the Divine, they have forgotten absolutely that there’s any God-like within them, they’re not creative beings, they’re little victims, they’re separate from God, they’re mortal, sad, lost little creatures, which is how we’re all born into this world, which also explains why the world is as crazy as it is, why we have forgotten as deeply as we have, because we’re all third-density creatures down there.
其中兩個靈魂碎片徑直來到第三密度，也就是我們所處的世界——我們這個宇宙正是位於第三密度。這是一個有着“深度遺忘”特質的世界，凡來到這裏的靈魂，都已經完全忘記他們與神聖存在是有連接的，完全忘記自己內在任何“神性”的部分；他們（視自己）不是創造者而是渺小的受害者，他們與神分離，他們成了會死亡的、慘兮兮的、找不着北的渺小生靈——這就是我們在這個世界降生時的樣子。這也解釋了爲什麼這個世界如此瘋狂，爲什麼我們會遺忘得這麼徹底，因爲身處這個世界的我們全都是第三密度的生命。
Be that as it may. Two components, two parts of the twelve got to the third density as in the case of my soul monad. Now these two part incarnate, and they would have as many incarnations as they need to have, live as many lives as they need to live. And if those two souls meet in incarnation, then you have the Twin-flame experience: you have two beings that feel like they’re completely separate from each other, two whole separate incarnated beings encounter each other and knowing that something very special has just happen when they meet. They might not know what it is that’s happened, they might not know why they feel as profoundly attracted to each other as they do, they might not understand why they really bring to the surface -- for each other -- they bring to the surface all of their blockages and their hurts and their pains to be processed. They might not understand any of these things, why it’s happening, what’s happening.
話說回來。我的靈魂單子分成十二個碎片，其中兩個來到了第三密度。隨後這兩個靈魂會（各自）化成肉身，他們可以依自己的需要進行若干次化身，依自己的需要經歷若干次生命。當這兩個靈魂（碎片）在化身生命中相遇，就會經歷“雙生火焰”的體驗：兩個存有，分別視自己爲對方爲完全分離的獨立個體，當這兩個彼此完全分離的化身相遇時，他們會意識到有不同尋常的事情發生了。此時他們也許搞不懂到底發生了什麼，也許搞不懂爲什麼如此強烈地被對方吸引；他們也不一定理解，爲什麼兩個人會相互觸發，讓自己內在所有尚未處理的障礙、創傷和痛苦統統浮出表面。他們也許完全搞不明白爲什麼會發生這些，也理解不了發生了什麼。
And so in the early part of incarnation, if, in other words, in your first to fifth incarnation, if early on, you run into each other, you have a lot of pain that comes to the surface, these twin-flame interactions can be really difficult, that can be experience in fact is quite toxic, quite troubling.These twin flames might meet each other and think something like “I have a fatal attraction to this other person” and “They’re terribly bad news for me”, could be, even. Because what’s actually happening when twin flames meet is they trigger a returning to the Oneness, they trigger an Awakening in each other. But if between the Oneness and your Awakening and You is a whole lot of pain, then that pain comes to the surface first.
So, twin flames are very powerfully each others’ Karmic Mirror. You see all of your stuff in each other, and twin flames are also very prone to projecting their own stuff on each other. Whatever is hurting inside of me, I make it about her, or whatever the other person’s gender might be. I make it about them and I project on them. So, it’s not universally a super-romantic, wonderful, ecstatic experience.
如果你們在化身的初期相遇，換言之，如果你們在（來到第三密度世界後）的第一次至第五次化身期間相遇，就會有非常多的痛苦浮出表面，這時候的雙生火焰經歷是充滿艱辛的，沒準是一段有毒又煩人的體驗。這時的雙生火焰遇到對方後或許會想：“這個人對我有致命的吸引力”，“但這對我來說真是糟透了”，諸如此類。這是因爲，當雙生火焰相遇後，他們共同觸發了一個向“一體”迴歸的旅程，觸發了彼此的覺醒。但是，如果在你們通往覺醒和通往合一的路上還藏有很多痛苦體驗，那麼首先浮出表面的就是這些痛苦。
而作爲雙生火焰，你們就是彼此的“課題放大鏡”。對方會映照出所有你存在的問題，而且，你往往不自覺地把自己原有的問題投射到對方身上。那些你內心原有創傷導致的痛苦，你都會以爲是她（或他）導致的，你會將這一切投射到TA身上，會怪罪於TA。所以，雙生關係並非普遍意義上的超級浪漫、無與倫比、令人欣喜不已的體驗。
However, as you travel through incarnation, you do get to a place where you decide it’s not time to awaken it’s time to heal it’s time to transition. And you might then have a few more lifetimes and then you would get to your proper ascending lifetime, the lifetime in which you reintegrate all lost parts of your soul, the lifetime which you really heal yourself, you do lots of self work in that lifetime. If somewhere along the line, if you get to a place where you are quite substantially self-healed, and you then meet your twin flame or meet them again, then there really is the possibility for a truly spectacular, a life-outreachingly wonderful, soul-deep interaction, that is also potentially very romantic, very loving.
Now, I don’t want to make the mistake and characterise all twin-flame interactions as romantic, it doesn’t necessarily have to be. I know of, well, at least one other twin-flame pairing, they’re both married to somebody else, and they’re both very happy with that. They know each other, they love each other, they’re in contact with each other, but it’s.... they’ve chosen not to have be a romantic interaction.
不過呢，在你的化身生命歷程中，一定會經歷這樣一個階段：你認爲現在不是覺醒的時機，決定先進行療愈和轉化；於是，你接着體驗若干次生命，直至你來到一個適合揚升的生命時期。在這一世，你整合所有的靈魂碎片，徹底地進行自我療愈，做大量的內在工作。在此過程中，當你大體上完成自我療愈後，這時的你再遇到你的雙生火焰或與你的雙生火焰重逢，你們之間纔有可能真正形成一種擴展生命的、無與倫比的、深入靈魂的互動，這種關係也有可能非常浪漫而甜蜜。
但是，我不想錯誤地將一切雙生火焰關係都描述成愛情關係，這不是絕對的。我至少知道有一對雙生火焰是這樣——雙方各自和別人結婚了，他們也樂於維繫這種狀態。他們彼此瞭解，彼此關愛，也保持聯繫，但他們選擇不發展愛情關係。
In my particular case, I have, I think quite an interesting story to tell, about how I met my twin flame. The journey we traveled before we discovered that we were each others’ twin flame, the journey of getting to this place [we accepted that] maybe this isn’t even true for us, and how this impacted each of us, how this caused phenomenal growth and how it has really been blissfully romantic, too. I’d like to talk about that, and I then like to talk about my soul journey with twin flame. So, not just this incarnation, but how we’ve met each other lifetime after lifetime, I’d like to share a little bit of that story.
說到我個人的經歷，我想和大家分享一個蠻有趣的故事，關於我和我的雙生火焰是如何認識的，以及我們走過了哪些心路歷程才發現對方是自己的雙生火焰。過程中我們一度認爲這一切壓根兒不是真的——這件事給我們造成了哪些影響，如何讓我們獲得驚人的成長。同時，這一切又是怎樣地浪漫而令人欣喜。我打算聊一聊這些事。另外，也打算聊一聊我個人的雙生火焰之旅，除了這一世的經歷，我還想簡單分享一下我們在累世化身中相遇的故事。
So that’s going to be in following Vlogs, in following video blogs. For now, I really just want to speak about the concept that, that is a meeting, in a manner of speaking, between two incarnations that share a monad, that share.... from the greatest perspective, that share a soul. So that’s what’s going on. And that, it is a truly transformative experience, not always joyfully transformative, depending on where you are in your journey.
