sap系統數據庫升級重新啓動後，當晚的nbu備份提示錯誤。詳細如下：
一.錯誤代碼：12

symantec有一和此相識的KB，http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH139572。但是這個是因爲升級引起的，不錯錯誤相似，根源應該也是相同的。
照做：
1.重新啓動sap服務器上相關nbu的所有應該自動啓動的服務；
2.在sap服務器上的nbu目錄下新建：C:\Program Files\Veritas\NetBackup\logs\backint，抓取日誌；
手動啓動備份服務，監視中看到在寫磁帶了，這個應該正常了，估計問題還是出在client服務的啓動上面
