warning: setlocale: LC_CTYPE: cannot change locale (zh_CN.UTF-8)

I exprienced this problem when I use dir "tab" key in the ubuntu 10.04 system , and to solve it is simply add a line in the /etc/default/local :

LC_ALL="en_GB.UTF-8"
