記錄安裝tensorflow-gpu，版本選擇問題，短平快解決戰鬥

簡單記錄一下：
tensorflow-gpu 1.7.0
cuda 9.0.176
cudnn 7.0
keras 2.1.6
中途因爲numpy版本問題運行不起來：AttributeError: module ‘numpy’ has no attribute ‘integer’
解決方法：卸載numpy，重新安裝1.6版本的。
卸載時遇到一個問題：PermissionError: [WinError 5] 拒絕訪問。什麼什麼的
解決方法：找到你的anaconda3安裝文件夾，以及環境env文件夾位置。conda env list就可以看到

最後裝keras，版本要和tensorflow對上，我的是2.1.6
