沒有任何論文寫作背景和導師期刊圈子背景，純屬自己到處投稿碰壁，被拒，投稿…
從2019.4.30-11.30前後經歷了7個月，4次投稿…中間由於個人很多事情耽誤了幾個月，實際上可以縮減成4個月，拋去業界評價IEEE ACCESS的審稿速度和水平還是可以的。但是4次重投還是很讓人絕望的。
寫論文不易，能混就混吧…
2018.11.11-2019.2.1實驗設計階段
基本都是老師和上屆學長遺留的設計思路，感覺自己設計實在不行
2019.2.14-3.25初稿準備階段
先寫好中文然後谷歌翻譯然後修改語法錯誤（英文水平有限無法直接英文寫作）
2019.3.25-4.24:期間共投了6家二區及一區海洋類期刊：

3.AGU_Oceans
4.deep-sea research part i-oceanographic research papers
5.Canada JOURNAL OF remote sensing

紛紛被拒，連審稿環節都沒有進，主編直接拒稿，要麼不符合期刊主題，要麼英文寫作差…【反正各種理由就是不想讓你進入審稿】。總結出：海洋類學科圈子極小，不是圈子人根本不要你，連想也別想。

Deep-Sea Research Part I
*Thank you for your interest in submitting your work to the Canadian Journal of Remote Sensing (CJRS). I briefly read your manuscript before initiating the formal review process. Noting your significant efforts invested in this study, I regret to say that, in my opinion, the topic of research addressed your study falls outside of the CJRS scope. The definition of aim and scope of CJRS is available at the following link . It says that the journal publishes topics related to “sensor and algorithm development, image processing techniques and advances focused on a wide range of remote sensing applications”. Although your study uses the satellite remote sensing data of the ocean surface at very high processing level (monthly means, 0.25deg x 0.25deg) as input, the main purpose of your research is the development of Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method for estimation of subsurface temperature anomalies in the Pacific Ocean. In my opinion, your study fits better one of the journals focused on the ocean sciences or the neural network applications.
I would suggest also conducting an additional thorough editing of the English grammar and presentation style to increase the chance of positive outcome of the review process. In its present form, the manuscript is an easy target for very serious critique.

2019.4.30：IEEE ACCESS第一次投稿
改投IEEE ACCESS【知名二區水刊，$1,750【專門賺中國人錢的】】：
IEEE ACCESS屬於在線期刊，沒有紙質版，一個月發行很多很多很多…篇，2019年發了1萬多篇！！！一篇稿費1萬多【跪了】，2016年是808篇，2017年是2325篇，2018年是6538篇。IEEE ACCESS的2019年影響因子(JCR2018)是4.098。妥妥是4分+的SCI期刊。據說被很多高校已經拉入黑名單了【至少我們學校還沒有…】。
唯一優點：審稿速度巨快，一週時間會給你審稿意見。
據說挺好投，可能我水平實在太差，前後經歷了4次審稿，每次審稿人都給出了很高水平的修改意見，相當的仔細，改的都懷疑這還是不是水刊…
投稿步驟：
1.官網按照IEEE ACCESS的模板調整好格式，特別是參考文獻的格式，不然會叫你重投：
IEEE ACCESS模板，分爲word版本和LaTex兩種版本
2.進入提交系統：提交系統鏈接
3.第一次提交分爲3個文件：Manuscript（論文原件）、Cover Letter（給編輯的跪舔信，大致分三個點介紹下你這篇論文的創新點）、Author bios（作者的簡介，IEEE ACCESS需要全部作者的照片）
4.需要每個作者的ORCID，最好每個作者都要註冊一個，一般老師都會有。我是第四次的時候叫我每個作者都需要ORCID，前三次只需要了我的和通訊作者。ORCID官網地址
5.關於投稿時需不需用通訊作者的郵箱：你可以用你自己的，通訊作者的確定是以文章中註明的爲準。
6.等待一週左右
2019.5.8：進入審稿階段
2019.5.20:審稿意見：1個接受小修，2個拒絕鼓勵重投，主編鼓勵重投
3個審稿人整整慢慢的英文2頁紙！！！提出的問題和意見水平都很高，從寫作到數據到實驗設計到算法的設計及實驗結果，論文的配圖方方面面都講到了…感覺到了人生的絕望…
2019.6.6:IEEE居然叫我審稿一篇韓國人的論文，期間經歷美國抵制華爲：IEEE（全球電器與電子工程師協會）下令禁止華爲專家參與期刊審稿，根據IEEE中的郵件，禁止華爲員工、以及華爲贊助的個人擔任審稿人和編輯。中國學者紛紛退出審稿來抵制IEEE這個操作，讓我這個剛剛有點希望的學術小白咋整…

經過兩個月的大修，瘋狂舔審稿人後第二次投出。整整回覆了15頁英文！！！！【論文才寫了13頁】
重投步驟：
1.修改好格式後重新進入投稿系統，重新投。IEEE ACCESS是無論多小的修改都要重新進入系統投遞，但是會有個選擇是否第二次重投，填入上次的文章ID。
2.提交4個文件：Manuscript-yellow-highlight（這個是你修改後用黃色字體標註上的論文）、Manuscript（修改後無背景的原文）、Cover Letter、Author bios
2019.8.4：審稿意見：相同審稿人：2個接受小修，一個拒絕鼓勵重投
說實話這次審稿意見依然很有水平，問題都很深刻，沒辦法，繼續改吧。
2019.8.5：主編尼瑪又給你搞來一個審稿人，這是什麼操作完全看不懂了，網上查找也沒有這個操作，這就是4個審稿人了！！！！而且這個新的審稿人巨那啥，直接拒絕，提出這個實驗從根本上就是錯誤！！！我尼瑪…還能咋弄，硬舔了。

暑假期間經歷了很多事，沒有顧上論文，其實沒有改多少東西，這個時間可以壓縮至一個月就可以重投了。
10.17號編輯給我回復說每個作者都要有ORCID iD…跪了，又聯繫各個加名字的老師一一給註冊ORCID iD…
10.23號編輯又說論文排版有問題…我。。。。之前咋個就沒問題！！！！

查詢期刊屬於幾區及期刊投稿經驗，這個用的比較多，但是很多投稿經驗純屬搞笑
5.寫論文步驟：
【1】摘要：你幹了什麼事：研究區域，數據，方法，結果，對科學的貢獻【吹牛皮】
【2】引言：其他科研人員幹了什麼，我幹了什麼，我的結果比其他人牛逼在什麼地方，我的結果別人無法超越，就是很厲害很厲害
【3】數據：你實驗數據的來源，如何處理的，怎麼使用的
【4】方法：你的實驗方法是什麼，你怎麼設計的，怎麼實施的
【5】實驗結果及分析：最好的結果，對應結果有什麼現象，有什麼貢獻
【6】結論：和摘要差不多，但是字數要多寫！！！！
【7】參考文獻：嚴格按照期刊的參考文獻格式添加就行了
