關於android 1.6全部的權限
我們在 AndroidManifest.xml裏需要對一些軟件需要的操作做一些權限的聲明，
比如我們的軟件有發送短信的功能，那麼就需要在 AndroidManifest.xml 裏做如下聲明
注意加粗的代碼就是聲明該軟件具有發送短信的功能，如果不聲明該權限調用該功能的時候就會出現異常，
並且系統不會報具體是什麼異常。
那麼android都有那些權限需要聲明呢？
我們可以從android 提供的文檔中找到答案

Manifest.permission 這個類定義了android全部的權限共106個
| ACCESS_CHECKIN_PROPERTIES | 允許讀寫訪問"properties"表在checkin數據庫中，改值可以修改上傳 | Allows read/write access to the "properties" table in the checkin database, to change values that get uploaded. |
