在程序中執行插入語句，其中包含中文，導致了亂碼，而直接將sql語句在mysql中執行不會亂碼，想到還是字符集設置的問題，於是在/etc/mysql/my.cnf中修改了clinet和mysqld的字符集。
使用的 apt-get install mysql-server安裝的，然後改變了一下默認的字符集，在/etc/mysql/my.cnf裏面的[mysqld]和[client]里加了
default-character-set=utf8，重啓就不行了。

糾結了很長時間，今天無意中測試，意外解決了問題，呵呵，不得不說，RP爆發。
配置文件如下 (有些my.cnf文件裏面沒有client，只需要在mysqld下面加相關的命令就行)

可以看出，在[client]和[myslqd]段中，設置字符編碼使用的指令不一樣。
然後重啓mysql就可以了
