1,添加引用 COM+ Services Type Library
2,添加引用Microsoft Active Server Pages Object Library

3,新建項目ActiveX dll 屬性 名稱爲 project1

4,新建類 Class1 如下

Public Session As ASPTypeLibrary.Session
Public Response As ASPTypeLibrary.Response
Public Request As ASPTypeLibrary.Request

6,註冊服務
  
  控制面板-管理工具-組件服務-com+應用程序
 
  新建-應用程序-空應用程序
  註冊上面的dll

7,新建asp文件
