問題描述

在Microsoft Visual Studio 2015中創建web項目時，遇到下面的錯誤，導致項目只能創建一半:

Failed to initialize the PowerShell host.If your PowerShell execution policy setting is set to AllSigned, open the Package Manager Console to initialize the host first.

解決方法

在VS中，按照下面步驟打開

Tools -> Extensions and Updates -> Updates

選擇更新"Nuget Package Manager for Visual Studio 2015"，然後重啓VS即可修復。
