mac 蘋果電腦的睡眠與休眠,決待機耗電的問題,AddressBookSourceSync

前一陣電腦關上蓋子任然很費電,於是調查一下,

方法1

查看自己電腦的休眠狀態,改成25可以解決待機耗電的問題

pmset -g

以下是蘋果電腦的幾種休眠狀態,

hibernatemode=0

by default is supported on desktops. The system will not back memory up to persistent storage. The system must wake from the contents of the memory (RAM). The system will lose context on power loss. Historically, this is plain old sleep.

sudo pmset -a hibernatemode 0

hibernatemode=3

by default is supported on portables or laptops. The system will store a copy of memory to persistent storage (the disk), and will power memory during sleep. The system will wake from memory, unless a power loss forces it to restore from disk image.

 sudo pmset -a hibernatemode 3

hibernatemode=25

is only settable via pmset. The system will store a copy of memory to persistent storage (the disk), and will remove power to memory. The system will restore from disk image. If you want hibernation—slower sleeps, slower wakes, and better battery life you should use this setting.

 sudo pmset -a hibernatemode 25

方法2

如果仍然解決不了問題,例如我的情況運行pmset -g顯示如下

 sleep   1 (sleep prevented by AddressBookSourceSync)

關閉iCloud同步通信錄,備份好通信錄,刪除一下通信錄文件

~/Library/Application Support/AddressBook

方法3 終極方法

對應系統El Capitan, 更名AddressBookSourceSync

  1. 關閉el capitan的變態保護模式,不是el的話可以跳過
    1.1. 重啓mac,按鍵cmd+r進入恢復模式
    1.2. 恢復模式中啓動terminal
    1.3. 在terminal中輸入 csrutil disable
    • 如果 command not found
    • 重新下載安裝 el captain
    • 進入/Volumes/your-OSX-10.11-disk/bin/ 找csrutil
  2. 重啓電腦,啓動terminal
  3. 重命名AddressBookSourceSync
cd /System/Library/Frameworks/AddressBook.framework/Helpers
sudo mv AddressBookSourceSync.app AddressBookSourceSync.bak
