Error: File not access

Give error in the following code:

FileLoad(null, new FileLoadEventArgs(Server.MapPath("~/PLExcel/" + FileName)));

Solution:

1. Create a folder (PLExcel) in the the error showed path.

2. set PLExcel security --> Edit-->Add account--> apply
