最近需要跟蹤clathrin CCP的運動與半徑，所以調研了一下多目標跟蹤的方法：

首先總結一下基本工作流：

1.分割圖像，將圖像轉爲二值化樣本，分割方法有太多了，根據情況而定，暫時定位分水嶺分割：
