hive啓動出現java.net.URISyntaxException

問題原因：配置hive-site.xml 時，其中的system:java.io.tmpdir沒有設置有效值
解決辦法： 創建hive的臨時目錄，如 $HIVE_HOME/tmp , 找到hive-site.xml 中的system.:java.io.tmpdir, 並替換爲所創建的hive 臨時目錄，主要有從下兩個配置項：
