1. 連接Oracle數據庫
首先安裝cx_Oracle第三方庫:pip install cx_Oracle,編寫exec_oracle_sql.py文件,創建數據庫連接,如下圖所示:

2. 讀取Excel文件,並將數據導入到Oracle數據庫。
