ASP.NET Development Server failed to start listening on port

今天打開Website時，按F5調試和點一個.aspx文件右鍵點View in Browser時都提示下面的錯誤： --------------------------- ASP.NET Development Server --------------------------- ASP.NET Development Server failed to start listening on port 3417. Error message: An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions --------------------------- OK --------------------------- 最後找到了解決方案如下： 1. 選中Web Project, 按F4 2. 屬性中把Use dynamic ports改爲false 3. 給Port number指定一個新的 4. 按F5 來run，就好了
