Android Studio禁用fetching documentation

每次調用Java和Android的SDK代碼時，AS都會自動搜索文檔，如果網絡不好，會一直顯示"fetching documentation"。

可以通過設置將其關閉
Preferences–Editor–General–Code Completion，將裏面的Show the documentation popup in ms的勾取消。

保存後，再次寫代碼就不會再出現這種情況了。
