當開啓eclipse打不開，出現

Job found still running after platform shutdown.  Jobs should be canceled by the plugin that scheduled them during shutdown: org.eclipse.epp.internal.mpc.ui.wizards.MarketplaceDropAdapter$1 錯誤

解決方案：

你可嘗試刪掉:YOUR_WORKSPACE/.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.core.resources/.snap這個文件。
