python安裝提示錯誤Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement dateutil

pip install dateutil，報錯

Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement dateutil (from versions: )
No matching distribution found for dateutil

修改pip install python-dateutil，果然沒有提示錯誤了，這個應該是依賴名稱修改的原因所以一直提示沒找到對應的版本
